Cancellation Terms

Email hello@supacell.ai from the address on your account and tell us you want to cancel. We will confirm in writing within 2 working days.

Your subscription is monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Supacell keeps answering your WhatsApp until then, and you will not be charged again.

• Monthly fees: paid months are not refunded for partial use, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Setup fee: refundable in full if you cancel before setup work begins. Once setup has started it is non refundable, because the work is tailored to your business.
• Our fault: if we fail to provide the service as described and do not fix it within 14 days of you telling us, you may cancel immediately and receive a pro rata refund for the unused period.

Supacell is sold to businesses, so the 14 day cooling off right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations does not normally apply. If you are a sole trader and believe you are buying as a consumer, contact us and we will honour any rights you have under UK or US consumer law.

If we raise our prices we will give you at least 30 days' notice. You can cancel before the new price applies without paying it.

We may end your subscription with 30 days' notice for any reason, refunding any fees paid for the period after it ends. We may end it immediately for non payment after notice, or for serious misuse as described in our terms.

You can ask for an export of your conversation data before your subscription ends. We delete it within 30 days of the end date, except where we must keep records by law.

Your WhatsApp Business number stays yours. We disconnect Supacell from it when your subscription ends, so you can carry on using it directly.
